Kids Art Clubs
MONDAY - THURSDAY CLUBS
In our after-school Kids Art Clubs, children will explore various creative art activities that are not only educational and fun but are differentiated to each child and taught in a vibrant, friendly and relaxed, fully equipped art studio. We offer classes on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays at various times.
Our art clubs for kids allows for a more enhanced learning experience, with opportunities to explore various art materials & techniques, whilst learning and being inspired by other artists and designers. We will deliver various art activities, that will for example, focus on children’s painting and drawing skills, understanding of the basic art elements, collage, sculpture and different media handling to create artworks & designs that could explore history, cultures, environment, interests or hobbies, using materials that are also not readily available at school or home. Our kid’s art clubs allows for more freedom of choice and the emphasis on teaching for artistic behaviours.
Not only will creative skills and abilities improve; our kids’ art clubs help to increase confidence and self-esteem, whilst having fun and forming new friendships. All children are treated as young artists and designers in our art studio, and we pride ourselves on nurturing imagination and curiosity, whilst providing a safe and warm environment for children to freely express themselves at a rate and pace that suits them.
Not only is are these clubs delivered by a fully qualified Art & Design Teacher, you can rest assured at our kid’s art club, with our small class sizes, children are supported throughout, with 1:1 support, if required, from our fantastic team of trained studio assistants also.
SATURDAY ART CLUB
Our Saturday Kids Art Club differs slightly in that it is more flexible for the child in terms of what they would like to explore. This club is less project based and more focused on building artistic confidences. We base your child's creative process on DRAW PAINT or MAKE. Children are still fully supported throughout on the decisions they make and at times will work closely with our trained Head Studio Assistant and other staff as this is not solely teacher led like our other clubs.
Come join us? Not sure if your child will want to do the full block? Or sign up to become a member? Then why not book a PAYG class? We can guarantee they will want to come back to our Kids Art Clubs. PLEASE NOTE we are a DROP OFF/PICK UP service. We do not have a waiting area in the studios. There is however an area in the main building you can use, please ask staff to direct you there if required. If your child has any special requirements or you as a parent have any concerns then please contact us prior to booking to discuss.
Our Kids Art Club is suitable for all children aged 5-12years and is fully inclusive and accessible. Bookings can be made as PAYG, BLOCK BOOKING or why not check out our MONTHLY/MEMBERSHIP PLANS.
